Festival Cheese Ball


This is a yummy cheese and cracker snack. Love this. People are so impressed with these and they are actually so easy to make. 

Festival Cheese Ball

16 oz. cream cheese soft
2 Tbl. green onion fine chop
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese shredded (I like Cracker Barrel)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 Cup chopped pecans

Thoroughly blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce. Mix in pineapple. Chill in fridge and then form into ball or log. Roll ball or log in the chopped pecans. Place back in fridge till thoroughly cold and firm. Serve with assorted crackers.
